When are you open?

We are open from 11:00 am until 10:00 am the following morning.

Can I leave and re-enter the facility?
- A
You may leave and come back as long as you are wearing our rental spa wear.
Tell the staff at the front desk if you wish to do so.

I left behind an item at the facility. Can I get it back?
- A
We store lost items for up to one month. However, wet clothes and underwear are disposed of on the day they were found for hygienic reasons.
If you forgot something, contact us as soon as possible.

Can children use the facility without adult accompaniment?
- A
・Unaccompanied children under school age are not allowed to enter the facility.
・Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult after 10:00 pm.
・Mixed-gender bathing is permitted for children under 7 years of age and less than 120 cm tall.
・Children under 3 years old who wear diapers are not allowed in the baths. Please use the baby bath.

Is there parking?

We have two parking lots for our guests: BIG FUN Heiwajima Car Park and Heiwajima Car Park No. 3.
Visitors can get a discount so please bring your parking ticket to the front desk.
・BIG FUN Heiwajima Car Park (height restriction: 2.2 meters): free for the first 8 hours
・Heiwajima Car Park No. 3 (multi-level parking garage/height restriction: 2.1 meters): free for the first 7 hours
